My interest as an artist lies in promoting the value and beauty of our fragile natural environments. The flora found in the tropical forests of Colombia, my native country, has been the primary inspiration of my creations. "Batiks Botánicos" as well as my oil paintings are featured on this web site. Flowers, foliage, trees in bloom, are depicted in compositions created through my personal vision, reflecting an original, mysterious, yet natural feeling of nature.
